Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RyteFlow in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What RyteFlow Does

RyteFlow is a student writing assistant that helps you improve, rephrase, and polish written text using AI. It does not generate essays from scratch on your behalf — it helps you express your own ideas more clearly.

Credit-Based Access

Features are gated by credits. New accounts receive 10 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased via Razorpay. Credits are non-transferable and, unless otherwise stated, expire per the plan you purchased.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RyteFlow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately at support@ryteflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You May

Use RyteFlow to improve your own assignments, essays, project reports, and study materials for legitimate educational purposes.

You May Not

Use RyteFlow to produce content that misrepresents its AI origin in contexts where disclosure is required; automate requests via bots or scripts; resell or sublicense access to the service; submit illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

Academic Integrity

You are solely responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies. RyteFlow is a writing tool; how you use the output is your responsibility.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

No Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods that are consumed upon use. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits once they have been added to your account.

Exceptions

If you were charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error, contact support@ryteflow.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you submit. By submitting text, you grant RyteFlow a temporary, limited license to process it solely to deliver the requested output to you.

RyteFlow IP

The RyteFlow name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of RyteFlow and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

As-Is Service

RyteFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific output quality for your particular use case.

AI Limitations

AI-generated suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent. Always review and verify output before using it in an academic or professional context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RyteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic penalties, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

By You

You may stop using RyteFlow at any time. To delete your account, email support@ryteflow.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the credit system. No refund will be issued for remaining credits upon termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of RyteFlow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
